Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our operations when purchasing digital products such as automation workflows (JSON files) and subscriptions. Please read carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are only offered if the purchased file is proven defective, corrupted, or inaccessible.
  • You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you encounter a technical issue.

2. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to our support team with your order ID, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. If the request is approved, we will provide you with corrected or replacement files when possible.
  3. If replacement is not possible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Digital products that have been successfully downloaded or accessed
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer (e.g., wrong package selection)
  • Services or workflows that stopped working due to changes in third-party APIs or platforms
  • Subscription fees already paid for ongoing access

Note: Since our products are digital, refunds are strictly limited to cases of technical failure. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the claim does not meet these conditions.
